This version is named for noted trumpter and vocalist Chet Bakcer and soon it will be released to the public. For Version 2.8, the database version (db_version in wp_options) changed to 11548, and the Trac revision was 11549

In the last edition of WordPress 2.8.1 unfortunately, developers have missed some places when fixing the privilege of growth issues for the versions.
